Apartment Buildings

Commercial apartment buildings are a large part of our business.  Some of our previous projects have encompassed 10 acre sites with 18 or more buildings and outdoor common areas. Individual controllers and timers enable accurate measurement and adjustment of water usage for each set of units.  

Being able to follow architectural drawings and coordinate each phase of the project with grading, concrete and other subcontractors is imperative to finishing the job on time.  We have quality resources and reliable irrigation and nursery suppliers which we have had accounts with for over 20 years. This gives us ability to get the materials we need to any location in as quickly as possible.  

We always work closely with building inspectors. This keeps the job running smoothly and is key to acquiring that all important Certificate of Occupancy.
